Visited this gym when on a trip from out of town and had an amazing experience. The owner/head instructor was very technical, an awesome teacher and very nice and welcoming. All the students I met were great rolls and super nice and welcoming. It's hard to find a good gym where the instruction is high level and the vibe/culture of the gym is good. If you're looking for a gym to join go here, I've seen a lot of red flags at a lot of gyms and this gym is legit and full of great people.
Dan is an amazing coach and dedicated gym owner. He provides top-notch instruction and a welcoming environment to all. It's the perfect place for anyone looking to take their Jiu-Jitsu to an ADCC level or just looking for a new hobby.
Dan is an amazing coach. Just a phenomenal teacher of every fine point of Jiu Jitsu. He was my first impression of Jiu Jitsu and I’ve been hooked ever since!
Dan is the absolute best instructor you can work with and that should not be questioned. He has competed for years at the highest of levels against some of the top grapplers in the world. He brings a wealth of experience to the mats and really enjoys teaching you the fundamentals and the most advance techniques. I would highly recommend anyone who is just starting or has trained before to train with Dan. You won't regret it!
While vacationing in the area, very fortunate to come across this school. Dan Martinez is the real deal, great host, his instruction and the details behind it are top notch. Great no gi workout partners. He has created a great environment, looking forward to stopping in when in the area again.
